Publikacija 10 godina CSZ(Publication of CIL) Center for independed living of people with disabilities of Serbia was founded in 1996. At that time, it gathered a small group of people who had different types of disabilities but a common wish: to start working something new.The new was the idea on independed living which, along with Gordana Rajkov, saild in from the faraway Ireland, and determined the future logo of the Center. . . - Why did we gather? - How did we work? - What is that determines us in relation to others - What are our key achievements? - Projects of the Center Datum postavljanja: 18.05.2006 Preuzmite ovde COSTS-BENEFIT This research is a part of the project “Personal Assistant Service in Serbia”, aimed at presenting a new type of support service for persons with physical disabilities, which has been successfully working in many countries for decades. The research sought to examine economic justification of the introduction of this type of support service in our country, since another research on the specific characteristics of poverty of persons with disabilities showed that the very lack of appropriate support services was one of the reasons why persons with disabilities were among the poorest of the poor.
